  1. No disrespect to Degas, he sure made great art, but I am not sure I agree entirely. I believe it can be art whether anyone sees it or not, but it is hard to continue making art if others don’t see it and buy some of it to keep you in business. Hauntingly beautiful, yet subtle image there, by the way.

    1. Thanks for the positive feedback David – this reminds me of the noise a tree makes (or doesn’t make) if there is no one to hear it fall, I think you are 100% correct in that we need others to keep us in business!
