I’m excited to announce that I wil be starting a new series of free live…
To celebrate their 50th anniversary, Scenic Hudson is seeking submissions for a curated photography exhibition that will be on display all of next year. It will travel to six major venues throughout the Hudson Valley and hopefully expose many others to great photography as well as the great work Scenic Hudson has done over the last 50 years.
There are some great advisors on board including Annie Leibovitz, MOMA Senior Curator of Photographs Malcolm Daniel, and yours truly. I’ll also be printing and framing all of the final prints for the exhibition. Canson Infinity has agreed to be a sponsor, which means we’ll have the best fine art paper available.
The deadline is this Friday Nov 16th, and submissions are being accepted in six major categories, so many styles and subjects will be represented. This includes landscapes and nature, wildlife, farms, people, and anything else that highlights Scenic Hudson’s work over the years.
If you’re a serious amateur or pro photographer, and you have work from the Hudson Valley region, I encourage you to check it out. It’s a great cause, and you’ll get lots of exposure as well.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Hey Rob,
I just missed out on this by a few days…Hope everything is going good…and Happy Thanksgiving…
Same to you Chris – if you still want to submit something, please send me a direct email from the Contact page above. I may be able to get it to the right person.
